Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after being placed.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Lucidium is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order so we can attempt to update it before the order is processed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, Lucidium is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
If you need help locating your package, our support team is happy to assist where possible.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays.
Lucidium is not responsible for delays caused by:

• weather conditions
• customs processing
• incorrect shipping information
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
• your order number
• photos of the damaged product
• photos of the shipping packaging
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
