At Lucidium, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to have a positive experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below regarding returns and refunds.


Returns

Due to the nature of ingestible products and for health and safety reasons, Lucidium oral strips cannot be returned once opened or used.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery, and we will review the issue and make it right.

• A brief description of the issue
• Photos of the product (if applicable)


Refunds

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly once placed.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once verified, we will provide a replacement or refund depending on the situation.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened or used oral strip products
• Items returned without prior approval
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
